How he got here

A short history.

1981

Family moves to Colorado. Dan has watched every hail season since.

2000s

Twenty years in insurance valuation, estimating, and adjusting — learning how claims are really decided.

2019

Moves to the construction side, applying the estimating discipline to actual roofs.

2022

Grant Group Contractors opens in Parker, licensed and Pinnacol-insured.
