Short version: we collect what we need to answer your request and inspect your roof, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

When you request a hail report or an inspection, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and — if you choose to share them — details about your roof, your insurance carrier, and claim status.

When you look up a hail record, we geocode the address you enter and store the resulting storm report so repeat lookups are fast. The homepage map estimates your general area (city level only) from your internet connection; we don't store it.

How we use it

To pull your storm record, respond to your request, schedule the inspection, and prepare your report and — if you go ahead — your claim scope. That's it. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who touches the data

A few service providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Google Maps (address geocoding and the maps on this site), Resend (email delivery of your request to us), and NOAA's public Severe Weather Data Inventory (the hail data itself — your address is never sent to NOAA, only map coordinates). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Inspection and hail-report requests are kept while we're working with you and for our business records afterward. Cached hail lookups are deleted after about 30 days. Want your details gone sooner? Ask — see below.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use advertising trackers. Session storage keeps your in-progress report form from losing your place; that's local to your browser and expires when the tab closes.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email dan@grantgroupcontractors.com or call (303) 669-4174. We'll handle it directly — there's no phone tree.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here before they take effect.

Questions about any of this? Ask Dan directly — or read the terms of service.
